We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance within large-scale building (üst yapı) projects, regardless of engineering discipline. This role focuses on process quality, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that all project phases meet contractual, regulatory, and international quality standards.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures in alignment with project specifications and international standards.
  • Ensure all construction processes (design, procurement, installation, finishing, commissioning) comply with approved project quality plans.
  • Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to QA requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to avoid nonconformities before they occur.
Process Management & Coordination
  • Review and verify documents such as:
  • Method statements
  • Material submittals
  • Quality plans (PQP)
  • Work procedures
  • Subcontractor QA documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams regarding quality requirements.
  • Support cross-disciplinary teams (civil, architectural, MEP) on QA-related matters.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and manage QA documentation, including audit reports, compliance records, corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA), and checklists.
  • Maintain complete traceability of QA documents for internal, client, and consultant reviews.
  • Submit timely quality performance reports and KPI updates to project management.
Continuous Improvement & Training
  • Analyze recurring quality issues and propose systemic improvements to enhance overall project performance.
  • Promote a strong quality culture across the project team through coaching, training sessions, and QA awareness activities.
  • Ensure lessons learned are collected, documented, and integrated into future project stages.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding QA requirements and audit findings.
  • Participate in meetings and coordinate quality-related actions to ensure full compliance and alignment among project stakeholders.
Skills
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of QA experience, preferably in building / superstructure construction projects.
  • Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of QA systems, standards, and documentation
  • Excellent analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong reporting skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Capable of managing multiple QA processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • International Experience: GCC or international project experience preferred.
