We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Accuracy Control Manager to take the lead in establishing and driving dimensional control strategy at our shipyard. This is a key leadership role for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about quality, precision, and process excellence.

Your Impact:

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing accuracy control team, overseeing the implementation of dimensional control procedures across the entire ship construction lifecycle. Your leadership will directly influence build quality, production efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute shipyard-wide accuracy control strategies and management plans.
• Oversee the creation and application of dimensional control standards and procedures.
• Monitor accuracy across all stages of ship construction — from fabrication through final assembly.
• Analyze dimensional data and identify root causes of inaccuracies using statistical methods.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve accuracy control processes.
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary accuracy control team.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and technical goals.
• Champion a culture of precision, accountability, and quality across departments.

What You Bring:

• At least 12 years’ experience in accuracy control or quality assurance, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in shipbuilding or a related complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IACS rules and Class Society regulations for new builds.
• Hands-on experience with Laser Scanners/Trackers, Total Stations, and Space Analyzers.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence cross-functional collaboration.
