We are seeking a QA/QC Manager (f/m/d) for our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office in Saudi Arabia. This role offers exciting challenges and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control processes for products and systems related to the rail industry.
2. Maintain documentation of quality control processes, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
3. Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.
5. Provide training and support to staff members on quality control processes.
6. Develop and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.
7. Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with quality control requirements.
8. Develop or review quality management and quality assurance plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to rail products and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean is preferred.
• Certifications like ASQ Certified Quality Manager or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are a plus.
