Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Talentera, aligning product goals with broader business objectives.
- Shape offerings for both SME and enterprise clients through modular packages and scalable solutions.
- Ensure regional relevance with Arabic-compatible UI/UX, PDPL compliance, and enterprise-grade features.
- Customer and Market Insight
- Run regular discovery sessions with recruiters, HR leaders, and government stakeholders across MENA.
- Translate customer pain points and insights into innovative, high-impact product features.
- Position Talentera as the first ATS choice for clients across all regions we operate in.
- Commercial Alignment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Delivery to drive pricing models, win rates, retention levers, and upsell paths.
- Deliver measurable outcomes including improved ARR, faster sales cycles, and stronger upsells from integrations with both Bayt solutions (e.g. Evalufy) and external solutions (e.g. testing platforms).
- Product Excellence
- Build and manage a robust product roadmap tied to clear KPIs such as time-to-hire reduction, ARR, utilization rates, and churn reduction.
- Oversee flawless product delivery, ensuring rapid adoption and high customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing product team with a focus on commercial awareness, accountability, and speed.
- Foster collaboration across technical and business functions both within the Talentera business unit and across all of Bayt's business units.
- Execution and Iteration
- Drive fast and disciplined execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of all new/updated features.
- Foster a culture of rapid iteration by launching early, gathering real-world usage data, and quickly refining features based on customer feedback and adoption patterns.
- Conduct structured post-mortems for both successful and unsuccessful launches to capture lessons learned and feed them back into the product development cycle.
- Balance speed with rigor, ensuring that every release strengthens product reliability, usability, and commercial outcomes.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is required. MBA is a strong plus.
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven ability to scale B2B and B2C SaaS products with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong experience in KSA, the UAE, and wider MENA markets, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, and enterprise software.
- Track record of designing flexible products that can be scaled based on the use case of the customer (across industries, public vs. private sectors, geographies, etc.).
- Sharp commercial instincts with the ability to tie product decisions to revenue, retention, and market share.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, bridging product, sales, and customer needs.
- Work experience in (or for clients in) the MENA region is a strong plus, particularly the UAE and KSA.
- Strong command of the English language. Arabic knowledge is a strong plus.
- Strong command of product management and collaboration software, including Jira, Figma, Amplitude, GA4, Metabase, Mixpanel, PowerBI, etc.
- Customer profiling tools and GTM (Intercom, HubSpot) etc.
- Deep knowledge of the ATS competitive landscape and product positioning.
