As part of the KSA Operations teams, you will support and motivate them to deliver a consistently safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience. You will be a key pillar of Blacklane's training and quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards of our chauffeur services in KSA. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will lead the development and implementation of training programs, ensure adherence to quality standards, and foster a culture of excellence within our partner network.
