alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems. .

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

• Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Study relevant tender documentations, Scope of Works, Drawings, Specifications, and BOQ to quantify/survey project components to verify or create accurate BOQ.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Project Analysis: Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope, and requirements.
  • Quantity Survey: Preparation of full quantity survey on associated materials, trades and full project scope of works.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate proposals and meet the project or clients’ requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and uncertainties in project scopes and propose risk mitigation strategies and solutions if applicable.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and documentation outlining quantity estimates, calculations, assumptions and considerations, and methodologies used and applied in project.
  • Presentation: Present quantity calculations, comparison to Tendering engineer or Tendering manager for approvals and discussions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and cost-efficient methodologies to enhance quantity survey accuracy and can provide clients satisfactory approvals.
Role Accountability

•Full understanding of all Mechanical works components, construction methodologies and techniques.
•5 years minimum of proven experience in quantity survey in construction and infrastructure Industry as quantity surveyor.
•Proficiency in quantity survey software, tools, and programs.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
•Knowledge of regulatory standards, method of measurements, codes, and best practices in the field.
•Can work in minimal supervision and under tight schedules.
