Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a QMS & Process Auditor to assess effectiveness, compliance, and maturity of AMP-2 business processes and the Quality Management System. You will serve as an independent auditor, implementing a process-based approach and continual improvement across AMP-2 functions.

You will collaborate with process owners, conduct audits, verify corrective actions, and support external certification activities while ensuring Lucid standards and automotive requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal Auditor qualification is a must.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environments with auditing experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of process mapping, SIPOC, risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the AMP-2 Internal Audit Program.
• Plan, conduct, and report audits across processes and systems.
• Assess process effectiveness, compliance, and maturity.
• Evaluate process interactions and ownership across the organization.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Verify root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor action plans and escalate overdue actions.
