A leading company in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking an individual to enhance and implement their Quality Control System (QCS). This role involves overseeing compliance with established procedures, conducting internal audits, and training staff to uphold the standards required for API Q2 Accreditation.
Specific responsibilities may include:
· Continually integrate and improve the company's QCS, including developing new procedures or regulations and updating existing QC documents.
· Communicate the company's QCS through courses, presentations, meetings, symposiums, or colloquia.
· Maintain and update all related documents, such as meeting minutes and reports, regarding the company QCS.
· Liaise with API of the USA and conduct activities like internal audits and QCS reviews, especially after achieving API Q2 Accreditation.
· Ensure the implementation of the company QCS through supervision, including regular inspections and tracking corrections for non-conformance.
· Manage change (MOC), conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Investigate QC incidents, such as property loss, and develop reports accordingly.
· Assist the HSE Excellence Supervisor in performing QSI of HSE.
· Participate in the HSE annual performance evaluation and incident investigations.
· Engage in various training courses for personal skill development.
· Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to meet ISO 9001:2015 and API Q2 requirements, complying with the Quality Policy and procedures.
· Understand the implications of non-conformance with QMS requirements.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
· Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively at various levels within and outside the company.
· Strong presentation, record-keeping, organizational, and follow-up skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel across the country.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE-related software.
· Solid knowledge of HSSE and public relations.
· Ability to investigate problems or potential issues to prevent reoccurrence.
· Thorough understanding of industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Logistics, and Equipment.
