Job Summary:
Conduct and oversee welding inspections on-site to ensure all welding works meet Aramco standards, codes, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of welded joints
Verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and materials
Conduct nondestructive testing (NDT) as required
Ensure welding activities comply with approved procedures and standards
Document inspection results and non-conformance reports
Coordinate with welding teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability
Ensure all welding activities adhere to Aramco and project safety standards
Qualifications:
Aramco-approved Welding Inspector certification (CSWIP, AWS, or equivalent)
Proven experience in welding inspection within oil & gas or industrial projects
Knowledge of NDT techniques and standards
Strong understanding of welding codes (ASME, API, AWS)
Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
