Job Description

• Lead and oversee non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Develop and implement NDT inspection plans, tailoring methodologies for unique project requirements to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors and technicians, sharing expertise to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the inspection team.
• Conduct detailed evaluations of testing results, analyzing data to provide accurate reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment, ensuring all tools are functional and meet regulatory standards before use.
• Review and approve NDT procedures and specifications, ensuring they are in line with current codes, standards, and regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in NDT technologies and methodologies, integrating new techniques to improve inspection processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation for NDT practices.
• Certified Level III in relevant NDT methods such as RT, UT, MT, or PT, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise.
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on NDT experience in industrial environments, showcasing practical knowledge of inspection techniques.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
• Saudi Aramco project experience with SAP reference, approved transmittal and CBT passed document is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in NDT methods such as Ultrasonic Testing, Radiography, Dye Penetrant Testing, and Magnetic Particle Testing in medium/large scale oil & gas projects
