A leading company specializing in oil & gas projects seeks a Mechanical QC Supervisor. The role involves supervising QC activities, leading inspections, and ensuring compliance with Aramco standards. Candidates should possess valid Aramco approval and experience in the field. This position demands strong leadership and communication skills to oversee project quality and safety procedures.
Supervise all mechanical QC activities on site, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, SAP, and CBT requirements
Coordinate inspection plans, review procedures, and ensure timely execution of quality checks
Lead and guide QC inspectors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
Monitor material receiving, storage, and handling as per project guidelines
Conduct site inspections for static and rotating mechanical equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors, etc.)
Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and documentation
Address non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with construction and subcontractors
Ensure all mechanical work aligns with approved procedures, standards, and client requirements
Requirements:
Valid Aramco approval as Mechanical QC Supervisor with SAP and CBT certifications
Proven experience in oil & gas projects, especially in supervision roles
Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and quality procedures (ASME, API, etc.)
Experience with material receiving inspections and static/rotating equipment
Good leadership, communication, and documentation skills
Valid Iqama / Muqeem and relevant certifications
