Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Quality Control to lead the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards and client requirements. The role involves managing audits, driving process improvements, overseeing supplier quality, and ensuring product excellence in steel fabrication operations.

Role Summary:

Seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead and optimize QC operations in a high-volume steel structure fabrication plant. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in implementing international quality standards (ISO 9001, AWS D1.1, AISC, ASME).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QMS, lead audits, and ensure certification compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost of quality reduction
• Evaluate and manage supplier and subcontractor quality
• Lead and develop QC team performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in steel fabrication/construction
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, lean manufacturing tools (FMEA, 5S, Kaizen)
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
