Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• ISO 9001:2015 and IRCA Auditor certifications are essential.
• 15+ years experience with min 5 years as QC Manager, especially in Aramco Pipeline Projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production and quality standards.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile reports.
• Identify potential risks and promote preventive actions.

Job description

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Qualification :

• Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

Other Qualification :

• ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System
• IRCA Accredited QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor
• PMP (Project Management Profession)

Experience :

• Minimum of 15 years' of experience out of which min 05 years worked as a QC Manager specially in Aramco’s Pipeline Projects.
• Candidate worked in Yanbu-Madinah Area will be preferred.
