Urgent Hiring: QC Instrumentation Engineer – Aramco Approved | Oil & Gas + Technologies Projects

Location: Saudi Arabia, Dhahran.

Experience Required: • Minimum of 5 years' estimation experience in Saudi Arabia within the ELV/low current systems.

We are hiring a highly experienced and Aramco-approved QC Instrumentation Engineer to join our team for major Oil & Gas and Technologies projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instrumentation QA/QC, hands-on experience with smart instrumentation and automation systems, and a track record of working on Saudi Aramco or similar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•Execute quality control inspections and testing of field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters) as per Aramco and international standards.

•Perform calibration, loop checks, and function tests of smart instruments and digital control devices.

•Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications, in addition to API, IEC, ISO, and ASME.

•Participate in the execution and quality verification of technologies-based projects, including Smart field instrumentation, DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS systems, IIoT-enabled sensors and digital automation systems

•Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), FAT/SAT procedures, method statements, and quality documentation.

•Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with Aramco QA/QC requirements.

•Monitor and report on non-conformance issues and oversee corrective/preventive actions.

•Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, and system integration phases.

•Maintain inspection records, punch lists, red-line markups, and final dossiers for handover.

  • Must be Aramco-approved or previously worked on Saudi Aramco projects (with SAP No./approval letter if available).
  • 5–10 years of QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Automation projects.
