A leading company in Saudi Arabia seeks a QC Instrument Inspector responsible for performing inspections and ensuring compliance with Aramco standards. The role requires relevant certifications and experience in instrumentation and control systems within oil & gas projects. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to maintain detailed inspection records.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of instrumentation, control panels, and calibration processes.
Verify calibration status and accuracy of instruments using approved procedures.
Review installation, wiring, and configuration of instrumentation systems.
Conduct functional testing and commissioning of instrumentation equipment.
Maintain inspection records, calibration certificates, and testing documentation.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to Aramco standards and CBT training requirements.
Support quality audits and inspections related to instrumentation.
Qualifications:
Aramco approved QC Instrument Inspector certification.
Valid CBT certification in instrumentation inspection (as per Aramco standards).
Experience with instrumentation, calibration, and control systems in oil & gas projects.
Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISA, IEC, or other applicable codes.
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
