Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control and inspection, preferably fiberglass pipes.
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job description

Job Summary

Perform inspection and testing of fiberglass piping. Operates laboratory test equipment and instruments.

Responsibilities/Accountability & Authority

Provide Quality Control inspection support for manufacturing process control

1. Incoming inspection and testing of raw materials
2. Inspection of pipes during the manufacturing process.
3. Maintain inspection log of every pipe produced.
4. Identifying defects and acceptance criteria.
5. Responsible for spooling the pipe of production reel.
6. Extract and perform Samples for QC inspection and laboratory testing.
7. Support the production team leader to control process parameters in producing quality pipes.
8. Maintain a clean, organized work area.
9. General maintenance of process equipment.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies & Experience Required

Key

1. High school or equivalent - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
2. 2 or more years of experience working in quality control and inspection, preferably in fiberglass pipe industry.
3. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
4. Ability to communicate in English and make inspection reports. (Arabic language would be added advantage)
5. Experience & Knowledge working with QMS.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience.

4. Basic knowledge products, manufacturing, inspection and testing.
5. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
6. Ability to communicate in English and make inspection reports. (Arabic language would be added advantage)
7. Experience in people, team management and exposure to testing and inspection activities. Knowledge in fiberglass piping and materials (Preferred).
