We are currently looking to hire a Handover Supervisor (Real Estate / Construction Background)

Work Location: Al khobar, KSA

About the role:

Handover Supervisor is responsible to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and finishing of all the units before handover as per quality standards. He instructs and supervises the technicians / workers to address the identified issues before handover

Responsibilities:

• Receive instructions from the manager regarding handover plan of units
• Inspect the units as per the standard quality checklist and supervise technicians to address the identified issues
• Make appointments with customers and assist them with unit inspection. Make a checklist of all the identified customer concerns
• Ensure that all the concerns are addressed before the agreed handover date
• Support manager in handover meeting and formalities
• Escalate issues to manager if required

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
