A leading company in technical support seeks a QC Supervisor to oversee quality control operations. The role involves managing a team, ensuring product standards, and driving improvements in quality practices. Ideal candidates have a B.Tech or Diploma in relevant engineering fields, with 5+ years of Gulf experience in Printing and Packaging QC.
Job Summary: The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control operations and ensuring all products meet the company's standards and regulatory requirements. The supervisor will manage a team of QC technicians, coordinate inspections, ensure proper documentation, and drive continuous improvement in quality practices.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all quality control activities on the production floor (FAFA line).
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, inspection protocols, and documentation.
- Monitor production outputs to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure that all raw materials and finished products are tested as per SOPs.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
- Maintain quality records and generate reports for internal use and audits.
- Provide training and support to QC technicians and production staff on quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production, R&D, and maintenance teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
