Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented QAQC Manager to join our award-winning team on a major project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia—a significant mixed-use development of national importance.

This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring QA/QC procedures to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and monitoring QA/QC systems and best practices.
• Managing the Quality department and overseeing contractors' quality systems.
• Collaborating with clients and contractors on quality issues.
• Conducting audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards, contractual requirements, and approved procedures.
• Reporting on quality performance during construction meetings.
• Reviewing contractors' quality and testing submissions for compliance.
• Supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to approved methods and materials.
• Providing internal training as needed.
• Issuing guidance to quality and engineering staff to address key issues.
• Supporting senior construction staff in monitoring and resolving non-conformances.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of work experience in construction-focused engineering, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and QA/QC certifications such as ISO. Experience in consultancy firms working on large-scale mixed-use development projects valued in billions of Saudi Riyals is preferred.
