Job Summary :
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Male Nurses to join reputed hospitals and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and nursing care to patients, adhering to clinical protocols, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor vital signs, patient progress, and report abnormalities promptly.
Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative recovery.
Support doctors during clinical procedures, examinations, and emergency care.
Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare.
Ensure infection control measures are followed strictly in patient areas.
Manage admission, discharge, and transfer processes professionally.
Handle medical equipment with proper care and ensure maintenance protocols are followed.
Deliver compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.
Essential Qualifications :
Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid State / National Nursing Council Registration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
Skills Required :
Strong clinical and emergency response skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Knowledge of patient safety standards and hospital protocols.
Empathy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Good physical stamina and ability to work long shifts.
