Job description

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans for mechanical works.
• Ensure that the construction team and subcontractors are following approved procedures and standards.
• Supervise and perform daily inspections of mechanical activities, such as piping, welding, HVAC, pressure vessels, and rotating equipment.
• Conduct material inspection and verification upon delivery to ensure conformity with specifications.
• Witness and verify hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors regarding quality matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, providing a solid foundation in mechanical principles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the mechanical engineering sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, showcasing commitment to quality excellence and best practices.
