Introduction: We are seeking an experienced QA/QC MEP Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will oversee the quality standards and compliance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations in our construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the high-quality execution of our engineering processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures and policies for all MEP works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure all installations comply with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and designs.
• Lead the QA/QC team in conducting inspections and audits at various stages of MEP installations to enforce adherence to quality standards.
• Document all quality control processes, tests, and inspection results meticulously.
• Address and rectify any discrepancies or defects identified during inspections and audits.
• Liaise with external quality assurance auditors and technicians for third-party inspections.
• Innovate and improve quality control procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and certifications relevant to MEP construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a QA/QC Manager in MEP sectors, particularly in construction projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, including applicable standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in articulating technical information.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering documents and drawings.

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications in quality control or project management.
• Familiarity with advanced project and quality management tools and software.
