Overview

As a QAQC Manager, you will be responsible for the monitoring and controlling the performance of the quality activities on project site to ensure the project delivery within the specified quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads QA/QC Team (Project Company and Owner's Engineer) to manage quality of works including Shop Test & Inspection.
• Reviews, agree and monitor the EPC Project Quality Plan
• Communicates the quality plan and its objectives to all stakeholders.
• Supports all Consultants, Design Consultants and Design, Construction Supervision Consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality, Plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters.
• Develops and implements audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits
• Develops statistical reports on Quality performance
• Identifies and communicate lessons learned through the programmed lifecycle
• Manages the programmed quality control testing service
• Coordinates and manages Third party audits as required

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in Quality management of power generation projects.
• Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE related to all QA/QC functions.
• Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.
• Quality Culture behaviors (rigorous, systematic, prudent approach, questioning attitude and good communication).
• Understanding ISO 9001 and related Quality Standards and concepts
• Experience of performing audits is an asset.
• Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
