QA/QC Manager

???? Hiring for Our Client: QA/QC Manager Fit-Out, ID & Theming Projects | KSA ????????

We are currently hiring on behalf of a well-established client in the construction and fit-out sector for the role of QA/QC Manager, based in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical leadership position for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality projects with a proven track record in quality assurance and control within the fit-out and interior design space.

???? Salary: SAR 20,000 - 22,000/month + family status

(Up to 10% increase possible for exceptional candidates, subject to budget approval)

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee QA/QC systems on-site, ensuring compliance with BS/ASTM codes and standards.
• Lead the preparation and review of project-specific Quality Plans, technical submittals, and documentation.
• Manage and coordinate site inspections, non-destructive testing, and receipt inspections with subcontractors and client representatives.
• Chair weekly QA/QC meetings with project subcontractors and site QC teams.
• Lead internal and external audits, enforce corrective actions, and oversee the closure of non-conformances.
• Ensure accurate documentation for as-built handovers, training of QC inspectors, and overall compliance with Contract Quality Plans (CQP).

???? Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 7 years in a similar QA/QC management role.
• Strong background in contracting (not client or consultancy roles).
• Extensive hands-on experience in fit-out, ID, and theming projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead QA/QC teams and manage large-scale project quality controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiar with quality management systems, cost control procedures, and construction documentation.
