Qualifications

Job description

Quality Assurance and Control: Implement, manage, and continuously improve quality assurance and quality control procedures and standards company-wide.

Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to industry regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.

Documentation: Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and other relevant records.

Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and compliance issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Training: Develop and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality and compliance requirements.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Assess and monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers in relation to quality standards.

Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are clearly communicated and met.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any quality-related issues, working closely with project teams and other relevant departments.

Reporting: Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and clients as required.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes and deliver higher quality results.

Skills
