The company is classified as A in the contracting field and has a strong reputation for delivering quality work. Al-Dafe Company is trusted and qualified by numerous government and private organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Al Dafe is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team! In this role, you will work on one of the fastest-growing projects in the kingdom.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a QA/QC Manager at Al-Dafe for Trading and Contracting, located in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, identifying and resolving quality-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing a team of quality control inspectors. The QA/QC Manager will also identify opportunities for process improvements and implement process changes.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Report to the project manager and support the construction manager.
2. Responsible for all quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities and schedules.
3. Review and coordinate all documents and report submissions from suppliers.
4. Review and issue material and test submissions.
5. Develop and update a QA/QC plan based on work progress.
6. Conduct site inspections for ongoing construction activities and monitor work quality.
7. Conduct site tests.
8. Perform material inspections and monitor delivery.
9. Implement corrective actions for all non-conformances detected.
10. Review approved shop drawings, material submissions, and work method statements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in QA/QC of building projects.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with good writing and communication skills.
