Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control activities for data center construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects meet the required standards, codes, and regulations.

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for data center development, considering factors such as location, infrastructure, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including business development / sales, project development, engineering, finance, and legal, to develop comprehensive strategies for data center site selection and development.
• Generating leads and managing relationships with deal sources like investment bankers and vendor and buy-side intermediaries.
• Share market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively make recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of centers of influence to assist in originating proprietary transactions
• Manage a pipeline of proprietary opportunities from origination to deal close.
• Evaluate and recommend deal structure. Also, assist in the execution.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent understanding of data center infrastructure, including MEP systems, cooling, and electrical distribution.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in project management software, quality management software, and MS Office Suite.
