Job Description
Utilize your skills and become part of the dynamic real estate division of a leading group of companies in Saudi Arabia .
As a QA/QC Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service quality across our catering and camps operations. Working within the group s dynamic hospitality division, you will lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality assurance and control systems in alignment with international standards and local regulations.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
• Develop and implement robust QA/QC systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inspection checklists tailored for catering services and camp operations.
• Ensure full compliance with international and local food safety regulations, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and relevant hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections across kitchens, food preparation areas, storage facilities, accommodation units, and service points to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of food safety protocols, personal hygiene practices, and sanitation standards across all operational sites.
• Analyze quality performance data and initiate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to address issues and drive continual improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and HSE departments to maintain consistent quality and hygiene practices across the supply chain.
• Lead training and awareness sessions for culinary staff, camp supervisors, housekeeping teams, and other relevant personnel on quality control measures and food safety protocols.
• Manage external client audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of any identified non-conformities.
• Evaluate suppliers and vendors to ensure adherence to food safety and quality specifications.
• Generate and present periodic quality reports, audit findings, compliance metrics, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
• Stay current with developments in food safety technologies, regulatory updates, and industry best practices to keep operations aligned with evolving standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
• Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Quality, or Hospitality (Master s/HACCP/ISO preferred)
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience in catering, camps, or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations
• Skilled in audits, compliance, and managing non-conformities
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in quality tools and reporting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to handle pressure and manage multiple sites efficiently
