Qualifications

Job description

· Implement and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance & Quality Control plans.

· Conduct inspection and testing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other fabricated equipment.

· Review and verify calibration records, test certificates, and material traceability.

· Supervise welding and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, or client specifications.

· Perform NDT coordination, WPS/PQR review, and welder qualification verification.

· Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, final dossiers, and quality documentation.

· Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and client representatives.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and safety standards.

· Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

· Organize the meetings, workshops, and progress review sessions.

· Ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedule updates and project milestones.

· Ensure project schedules comply with industry standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.

· Conduct schedule quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Maintain project documentation, including schedule updates, progress reports, and change orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical).

Experience: Must have Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in QA/QC experience in industrial Manufacturing projects in the oil & gas sector within the Gulf region.

Technical Skills: Proven experience with pressure vessels , heat exchangers and calibration procedures

Certifications: Valid certification such as CSWIP, AWS, BGAS ,ISO 9001 (Preferred).

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of oil & gas industry standards, codes, and regulations.
