Contract Duration: 5 Months
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer/Specialist to join our team in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control. This is a contractual role for a technical specialist who is a licensed engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards for civil engineering projects.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Review and approve materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and control activities.
Provide training and guidance to project staff on QA/QC practices and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Licensed engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC within the civil engineering field.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
