Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to help shape the QA strategy for a growing, fast-paced organization.

Requirements:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, including test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  3. Define and track quality metrics to monitor progress and product health.
  4. Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing across all releases.
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
  6. Drive continuous process improvements in testing, tools, and methodologies.
  7. Identify quality risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  8. Champion the use of automation to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  9. Ensure thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, defects, and QA processes.
  10. Participate in release planning and provide go/no-go recommendations based on product readiness.

What You Need:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  3. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  4. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and frameworks.
  5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating QA processes into automated workflows is a plus.
