Responsibilities:

1. Define, write and automate test cases in a delivery squad, while working with other QAs across the squads.
2. Perform acceptance test of user stories on a day-to-day basis in an automated manner.
3. Drive the squad test strategies and test efforts, e.g., taking initiative to automate where possible and coaching others.
4. Perform end-to-end automated tests in relation to larger releases with external stakeholders.
5. Own the process during test periods where functionality is tested across several squads and departments.
6. Be an active participant in grooming and planning, to ensure that acceptance criteria are testable.
7. Aligns with designers, SM Es and Product Owner while user stories are developed, bringing input and helping with the testing angle.
8. Work in an agile/scrum environment, meeting sprint commitments and contributing to the agile process.
9. Maintain traceability of testing activities.

Job Skills:

1. More than 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance field and/or as a Software Developer.
2. Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile and modern architectural approaches.
3. Banking experience is a plus.
4. A track record of setting the quality assurance framework across all the layers of the test pyramid (unit, integration, scenario/functional, performance, security and manual).

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
English - Very Good
