Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple mobile, web, and backend projects. You’ll start remotely, managing a distributed team, and relocate to Saudi Arabia as the business grows to work onsite with engineering and product leaders.
• Design and implement automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.) for mobile, web, and API testing.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).
• Oversee defect lifecycle, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure quality at every stage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in a lead or manager role.
