JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATION:
  • Research, compare, and shortlist vendors
  • Evaluate vendors and third-party offers
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Establish supply chain logistics processes
  • Manage off-premises storage facilities (if applicable)
  • Review the quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details into internal databases
  • Maintain records of purchases, delivery info, and invoices
  • Prepare purchase reports, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for storage
  • Attend trade shows to stay updated on industry trends
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Follow company rules and procedures; carry out reasonable requests from managers
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, report hazards or accidents
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
ADMINISTRATION:
  • Prepare purchase reports to support business sustainability
  • Adhere to rules and regulations
  • Update product databases regularly
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Maintain necessary certifications
COMMUNICATION:
  • Attend daily management meetings
  • Communicate transparently and proactively
  • Demonstrate professionalism to foster a positive work environment
  • Assist in operational improvements through effective communication and coaching
FINANCE:
  • Consolidate and prepare vendor Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Assist in implementing payment cycles
  • Compare and benchmark vendor offers
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Manage stock using FIFO processes
GUESTS RELATION:

Work indirectly to meet guest expectations through operational excellence.

HR & TRAINING:
  • Train auxiliary staff to optimize results and resource use
  • Communicate sensitive issues appropriately
  • Mentor new joiners
MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT:
  • Assist in negotiating A&P budgets with vendors and third parties for campaigns
