Job Summary:

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for the hotel in accordance with Mövenpick standards and local regulations. This role ensures timely procurement of quality products at the best value, supporting the hotel's operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for food, beverage, and non-food items.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, brand standards, and Saudi Arabian regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to meet operational purchasing requirements.
  • Supervise and train purchasing staff as needed.
