The Role
As a Purchasing Manager, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by supporting the effective management of all the financial matters of the hotel. You will be responsible for the purchasing of all items required by hotel departments and ensuring that the best prices are obtained without compromising quality.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all the financial affairs of the hotel/resort are conducted to the highest standards of honesty and integrity. High ethical standards are necessary to maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our associates, and to provide quality products and services to customers and clients.
