Purchase Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Jiddah. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and performing procurement activities. The role requires conducting supplier evaluations, ensuring timely procurement of required items, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The candidate will need to leverage analytical skills to optimize procurement processes and support the company&aposs catering operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement activities
• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms
• Strong Analytical Skills to optimize procurement processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
• Relevant experience in the catering or food service industry
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in in Procurement or supply chain management.
