Job summary

A procurement service provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a female candidate for a full-time position involving procurement activities. The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree, be fluent in Arabic, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in a procurement or supply chain role is a plus but not mandatory. The company offers a salary range of SAR 4,000 – 5,000 total package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling procurement activities such as RFQs and vendor follow-ups.
  • Support the Purchase Manager in preparing purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand material requirements.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and resolve any vendor issues.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Organize files of invoices, contracts, and purchase documents.
  • Assist in audit preparations and adhere to internal procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling procurement activities such as RFQs, vendor follow-ups, and order tracking

  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records

Education: Any Bachelor’s degree

Language:

  • Arabic – Fluent (Required)
  • English – Basic to Intermediate (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • MS Office (especially Excel and Word – required)
  • Familiarity with ERP or purchasing software is an advantage
