Major Objectives of the Job:

1. Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
2. Conduct customer relationship management.
3. Assist in working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement and ensure contractual obligations are met.
4. Includes Arabic content creation, media relations, and overseeing event planning and organization.
5. Support change management programs by identifying key stakeholders, developing communication plans, and rolling out the plans.
6. Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that meet brand objectives.
7. Conduct market research to support the achievement of profitable growth strategies.

Strategic Communications Media Relations:

1. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
2. Prepare press releases and other media materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to strengthen the company’s brand visibility.
