About the Role

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will play a critical role in managing all government‑related processes and ensuring full compliance with Saudi laws and regulations. This role supports the company's regional operations by handling official documentation, managing regulatory workflows, and acting as the primary liaison with government authorities and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of Saudi government procedures, and hands‑on experience with platforms such as QIWA, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad.

Job Responsibilities
  • Government Liaison & Compliance
    • Serve as the main point of contact with government entities including MHRSD, Jawazat, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce.
    • Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations.
    • Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on compliance requirements.
  • Visa & Immigration Services
    • Manage all work visa and Iqama processes including issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation.
    • Process exit/re‑entry and final exit visas.
    • Support onboarding requirements such as medical tests, fingerprinting, and other formalities.
  • Labor & Employment Compliance
    • Manage tasks on Saudi government platforms (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad) to support labor contracts and Saudization compliance.
    • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and aid in employee‑related legal matters.
  • Document Management
    • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all official documents (Iqamas, licenses, labor cards).
    • Submit, track, and follow up on government applications and renewals.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders.
    • Professionally represent the company in all official interactions.
Core Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi immigration processes, labor laws, and government procedures.
  • Hands‑on experience with QIWA, GOSI, Absher, Mudad, and other KSA digital platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid KSA driving license preferred.
