• Ensure timely execution of all legal formalities and documents (e.g. via ministries such as MHRSD, GOSI, MOFA, Jawazat)
• Maintain strong working relations with all government offices
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and act as a trusted HR contact

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, contracts, and legal documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding documentation and government processing
• Draft and issue HR letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and NOCs
• Support internal HR documentation and lifecycle administration
• Workday HRIS support: employee records, contract uploads, data accuracy, updates
• Maintain Saudization documentation and coordinate with local authorities on quotas and compliance
• Take ownership of time, priorities, and tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in a PRO / Government Relations / HR Admin role in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, visa, and licensing procedures

• Service-oriented and professional approach

As of February 1, Baxter has completed the sale of its Kidney Care business, which will now operate as Vantive. Today, this job is within a Vantive deferred market, which means that the employer of record for this role will initially be Baxter. When the applicable legal entity in country goes live, the employer of record for the role will transition to Vantive. Vantive builds upon on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. We believe Vantive will continue to lead in the kidney care space and offer meaningful work to those who join us. If you have any questions, please review with the recruiter and/or hiring manager.
