Director – Public Relations and Communication

We are urgently looking for a Director – Public Relations and Communication for a client. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or a related field and at least 15 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the change management programs by identifying key stakeholders, developing communication plans, and rolling out the plans.
  2. Supporting the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that meet brand objectives.
  3. Conducting market research.
  4. Supporting the achievement of the profitable growth strategy and the business plans in a cost-effective manner by developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  5. Accountable for creating the marketing strategy, brand development across F&B brands, communication, and implementation.
  6. Contributing to new product development and launches.
  7. Assessing existing promotional tactics and modifying them to attain the best results.
  8. Collaborating with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  9. Providing actionable insights into the marketing performance.
