About the Role
We are looking for a creative and connected Public Relations Manager to join the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Public Relations Director, you will be responsible for building the resort’s media presence, storytelling voice, and strategic communication plans across traditional and digital platforms—locally, regionally, and internationally.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute an integrated public relations strategy that supports the resort’s positioning, guest experiences, and business goals.
Build strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers across travel, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.
Manage all PR activities including media pitches, press releases, story placements, and press visits.
Oversee resort content in regional publications, online platforms, broadcast media, and tourism channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to promote new offerings, campaigns, and seasonal events.
Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports and monthly clippings.
Work closely with global PR agencies and Four Seasons corporate communications teams.
Handle sensitive communication issues and manage crisis communications in alignment with brand guidelines.
What You Bring
A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in PR or media relations, ideally within the luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or tourism industry.
Strong network of media contacts in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf region, and globally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling.
Experience organizing media events, FAM trips, and influencer activations.
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
