Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Implement all instructions and directives from the Regional Manager and/or VP – Airports Lounges, with continuous follow-up.
  2. Follow instructions from Immediate Superior, Facility Coordinator, Captain Waiter, or Lounge Supervisor.
  3. Participate in daily activities as necessary.
  4. Enhance the company image by providing above-standard quality service to all customers.
  5. Apply and practice the Service Level Agreement and Standard Meet & Greet at all times.
  6. Assist the facility coordinator in preparing daily reports such as Dishwashing Machine Temperature, Facility Cleaning Control, Equipment/Disposal/Chemical Inventory, and Shift Handover Report, and submit them on time to the Admin Office.
  7. Monitor the ordering of lounge chemicals, equipment, disposables, and amenities to ensure sufficient stock for consumption.
  8. Report any deviations immediately to the Captain Waiter or Supervisor.
  9. Attend to passenger needs promptly.
  10. Maintain professionalism at all times.
  11. Follow standard cleaning procedures for First & Business Class Lounge, including daily, weekly, and deep cleaning.
  12. Control additional chemicals, equipment, disposables, and amenities to avoid overstocking.
  13. Provide quick and effective cleaning services regularly.
  14. Assist Receptionists, Demi Chef de Partie, Concierge, Waiters, and Housekeeping Foreman as required.
  15. Communicate directly with immediate superiors when necessary.
  16. Ensure all used equipment is cleaned, properly stored, and inventory of chips and breakages is maintained.
  17. Acknowledge all newly ordered lounge equipment.
  18. Participate in morning briefings with immediate superiors and lounge staff.
  19. Perform any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager or VP – Airports Lounges.
  20. Monitor the status of lounge cleaning equipment, chemicals, disposables, dispensers, and amenities.
  21. Track the expiration dates of chemicals and maintain backup stock.
  22. Care for lounge cleaning equipment to prevent damage.
  23. Follow proper procedures for mixing chemicals to prevent wastage.
  24. Conduct monthly inventory and stock expiration checks.
  25. Maintain 100% hygiene standards at all times.
  26. Promote hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas.
  27. Ensure all staff adhere to personal hygiene standards.
  28. Comply fully with hygiene, quality, and temperature controls for all food items, in line with Quality Assurance standards.
  29. Segregate chemicals from food items to prevent contamination.
  30. Participate in team-building activities, gatherings, parties, and meetings.
  31. Attend relevant training courses within the department as required.
  32. Operate efficiently by observing and analyzing work records to minimize costs while maintaining quality and speed.
  33. Stay updated on all company developments.
  34. Be aware of all services provided at lounges.
  35. Suggest procedures or policies for improving efficiency across sections.
