In this role, you will provide technical support to our field sales force, leveraging your deep product and application knowledge to assist in understanding customer designs, configuring Schneider products to meet customer specifications, converting existing specifications, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Configuration: Assist in configuring Schneider products to align with customer specifications and needs.
  • Specification Conversion: Convert existing customer specifications to incorporate Schneider products, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Deal Closure: Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by providing technical insights and solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to gather detailed requirements, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical guidance.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, product configurations, and technical solutions provided.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Schneider products, technologies, and industry trends to provide the best possible support.

Qualifications
