Our company is seeking an experienced Projects Sales Representative with a strong background in selling paints and construction chemical materials for large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with clients in the projects sector and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specialized sales strategies targeting large construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with project managers, contractors, and procurement engineers.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals tailored to each project’s requirements.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely product availability and customer support throughout implementation.
  • Coordinate efforts with marketing and supply teams to meet project demands on schedule.
  • Analyze market needs and monitor competitor activities to offer competitive solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales progress reports and identify new project opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of paints and construction chemical materials for construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of paint types (water-based, oil-based, epoxy, etc.) and construction chemicals (waterproofing, adhesives, putties, etc.).
