Job description

We are seeking for a dynamic and proactive Projects Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Western Province (Jeddah) of Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic project growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors while leading a high-performing team. This role will directly report into the Commercial Director, Decorative Projects - Middle East.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and execution plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Set and track individual annual sales targets and drive team strategies for target achievement
  • Conduct business review meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions and this role will have 3 direct reports
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
  • Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and ethical conduct within the team
  • Promote honest communication and respect for diversity while leading a multicultural sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide business insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, operations, finance, and technical departments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project status updates, and client interactions
  • Prepare regular performance and market reports for internal customers
  • Ensure the use and updating of CRM tools and systems (e.g., IQS / CPQ for Sales)
  • Monitor accounts receivable, resolve issues, and coordinate with credit control teams
  • Handle customer complaints in line with the company’s established procedure to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop business cases, share market intelligence, and support strategic planning with regional leadership
  • Tackle assignments of strategic importance across the region as needed
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia, and occasionally abroad, for business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Business Administration or MBA would be valuable.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience with people leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable.
  • Strong leadership traits and being a collaborative teammate
  • Result oriented by being resilient, principled, consistent & having effective prioritizing skills in their approach
  • Self-motivated and driven and possess a customer centric attitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English & Arabic
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX/D365).
