Project Overview

TROJENA (The Mountains of NEOM) is an iconic, world-class destination in northwest Saudi Arabia, blending natural and developed landscapes. It will feature eco-tourism facilities including a vertical village, lake, high-altitude ski village, observatory, health and wellbeing facilities, and a nature reserve. The project includes over 3,600 hotel rooms, 2,200 homes, nine iconic buildings, and 100 experiences, making it a premier mountain destination. Bechtel will provide comprehensive project management services for this project.

Job Summary

This role involves working with the project team to prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations, applying established data, performing schedule integrations, developing recovery plans, and evaluating subcontractor schedules.

Major Responsibilities

Manage assigned scheduling functions, interfacing with management and field teams for schedule control, analysis, and reporting.
Analyze schedules and resources for Contractor’s baseline programs and control monitoring.
Support the project team with schedule updates, monitoring, and analysis of project schedules and actuals.
Maintain the project schedule database.
Assist the PC Supervisor as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10-12 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management.
At least 8 years of project controls experience.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI.
Experience in other project controls areas such as Cost Control and Estimating.
