Surbana Jurong recherche un Project Technical Manager pour intégrer la gestion des installations au design d'un projet d'aviation à Jeddah. Fort d'une expérience de 12-15+ ans en gestion de design, le candidat idéal doit posséder un diplôme en ingénierie pertinente et une expertise en normes FM. Vous serez responsable de coordonner les exigences FM avec les équipes de conception et de s'assurer que les objectifs du projet sont atteints tout en respectant les normes industrielles.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 12-15+ ans en gestion de design technique axée sur FM.
• Expérience avérée dans des projets d'infrastructure complexes, de santé ou d'aviation.
• Expert en normes de maintenance et codes internationaux.

Responsibilities

The Role

As part of the Programme Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a landmark aviation project in Jeddah, the Project Technical Manager – FM Technical Design Management will lead the coordination and integration of Facilities Management (FM) requirements into the design and delivery phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of FM operational and technical requirements into multidisciplinary design outputs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.

  
  

• Manage the technical interface between the FM team, design consultants, and key stakeholders throughout all project phases.

  
  

• Review, validate, and provide direction on FM-related technical submissions, including MEP, ELV, BMS, vertical transportation, and asset management systems.

  
  

• Oversee the implementation of FM strategies related to maintainability, lifecycle cost optimisation, and digital asset management.

  
  

• Develop and maintain FM design standards, guidelines, and review procedures in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

  
  

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or a closely related field.

  
  

• 12–15+ years of experience in technical design management with a focus on FM, preferably within large-scale aviation, healthcare, or complex infrastructure projects.

  
  

• Proven experience in PMC or client-representative roles.

  
  

• Strong background in building services design, FM operations, and asset lifecycle planning.

  
  

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Expert knowledge of FM principles, maintainability standards, and international codes (e.g., SFG20, ASHRAE, ISO 41001, GACA).

  
  

• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS platforms and BIM integration for FM.

  
  

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
