Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the site management team.
  • Maintain and update site documentation, including attendance records, delivery notes, timesheets, and logs.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations related to site activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for the site team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Support logistics for personnel, including site access, accommodation, and transport.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols on-site.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in administration, ideally in construction or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety requirements is advantageous.
